Order Processing

Bikes
• Bikes are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Bike delivery days are Thursday to Saturday only.
• This allows us to carry out final checks and prepare each bike correctly before dispatch.

Parts & Accessories
• Parts and accessories are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.



Bike Delivery & Security Code

For bike deliveries, you will be issued a 4-digit delivery code.
• This code acts as your delivery confirmation and signature.
• Do not share this code with anyone, including friends, neighbours, or couriers before delivery.
• Providing the code to the courier confirms that the bike has been delivered in full and in satisfactory condition.

Once the code has been provided, responsibility for the bike transfers to the customer.



Delivery Method
• Bikes are delivered via specialist motorcycle or freight couriers.
• Parts and accessories are shipped using tracked courier services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.



Failed or Missed Deliveries
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to provide the delivery code, additional delivery charges may apply.
• Redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.



Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Peak periods or bank holidays

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.



Damaged or Missing Items
• Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please email emotodirect@mail.com with photos and your order number.

Claims reported outside this window may not be accepted.
