Do Arctic Leopard models come Built?
They come part assembled from factory and all you need to assemble at home is handle bars and fit front wheel and foot pegs,
We are happy to build the bikes for you for collection orders only and will make any fine adjustments with you in store to make sure it just right.
Can I collect my bike if ordered?
Yes we can arrange collections via a appointment.
What if there is a problem with my bike?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all electrics with the bikes and only ask for 1st service with us to keep this valid.
How long is the warranty Arctic Leopard bike?
The manufactures warranty is 12 months.
What maintenance is needed on Arctic Leopard?
A Yearly service is recommend and we can cater for all your needs parts and accessories whilst it’s here at the workshop.
How do Arctic Leopard compare with Surron?
We started out on the electric journey like most with a Surron !! After count less belt breakages and bearing failures we started to look at what was next, and let’s face it in standard form they never really set the world on fire, the arctic leopards changed the game with direct drive and a power train like no other the set about doing things that have would cost you 5/6k in upgrades on a Surron right out the box .. thats all we needed to know.
